Remove bookmark text in Google Chrome
If you have too many bookmarks in Google Chrome, you can obviously organize a bit better by creating bookmark folders. But if you want a quick access to your bookmarks you can use this trick to save on some screen real estate so that you can accommodate more bookmarks in that little space.
Step-1:
Launch the Google Chrome browser.
Step-2:
Move your mouse over any of the bookmarks that you want to remove the bookmark text.
Step-3:
Right click on the bookmark and click the “Edit…” option.
Step-4:
In the “Edit Bookmark” dialog make sure to clear the “Name:” entry.
Step-5:
Click the “OK” button.
You should now see that the bookmark text has been removed and instead your bookmark is represented with only the bookmark icon. Go ahead and clean up all of those bookmark texts and make more room for all your bookmarks.
