Dell Dock – A decent application docking solution for Windows
If you like the concept of docks in Apple Mac OSX then Dell Dock is a sure alternative.
Of course, there are many free and paid docking solutions available for Windows but this one from Dell is free and there are some cool features that you might like better than the competition.
Dell Dock lets you group several different application shortcuts under one icon. For example, if you have let’s say Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera installed on your computer (yeah, that’s a lot of browsers) you can group under the “Browsers” icon. You can customize the dock by adding your own application shortcuts either to the dock itself or under one of the main groups. And when you move an application shortcut onto the dock you get a chance to leave the shortcut on the desktop or remove it from the desktop. Dell Dock allows you to save/restore the settings. You can also customize the dock’s location, behavior, color, transparency etc. It’s definitely a decent choice if you are using Windows and lean towards the dock concept.
You can download Dell Dock from one of these locations,

Great version of Stardock, but this will only run on a Dell computer. Everyone else is out of luck.
