Google Pack is a collection of software selected by Google. It includes some of the most essential softwares for a PC with Windows XP or Windows Vista. Those softwares are fully functional – no trial versions or freeware.

Here are the softwares included in the Google Pack,

• Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer – The famous toolbar from Google on IE.
• Spyware Doctor Starter Edition - Detects and removes spyware, adware, trojans and keyloggers.
• Picasa – Helps you find, edit, and share your photos in seconds.
• Adobe Reader - View, print, and search PDF files.
• Google Talk – Google Instant Messenger.
• Real Player - Play popular media formats, organize music and videos.
• Google Earth – The famous Google Maps desktop alternative. I found this to be non-essential.
• Norton Security Scan - Detects and eliminates viruses and internet worms.
• Google Desktop - Find all your email, files, web history, and more. I found this personally useful to keep sticky notes and TODO list.
• Google Photos Screensaver - Display photos from your PC and photo sharing sites.
• Mozilla Firefox with Google Toolbar – The ultra famous browser with Google Toolbar built-in.
• Skype – The famous video chat software.

You can choose the software you want to install before you click on the “Download now” button. Only the softwares that you chose will be installed.
