Follow @MicrosoftHelps to get free Windows 7 technical support from Microsoft.

It looks like Microsoft is doing everything in the right direction when it involves Windows 7. They even went ahead and adopted Twitter for some quick tech support when it comes to Windows 7 issues.

That’s correct, all you have to do is follow @MicrosoftHelps and direct your questions towards @MicrosoftHelps and you’ll surely receive a response in 140 characters or less if the response can be compressed to 140 characters or less. There are at least 4 people doing tech support at MicrosoftHelps and keep in mind that it’s free help if you run into issues with Windows 7.
