All modern browsers has quite a lot of useful information packed into their context menus (the menu that pops-up when you right-click on a web page) but nothing comes closer to what Hyperwords provides.

Hyperwords is a browser extension that brings so much choices to the right-click context menu. You don’t have to leave the context you were in to research on a selected word or sentence. It punches in a variety choices for you to search, reference, shop, share, copy and translate text all from within the context menu. It is quite rich in features that would make you not even think of leaving the page you are in to research about a certain word, sentence or topic.

If things are not fitting to your need you can hit the Hyperwords “Settings” page where you can customize quite a lot of its default settings including the layout, pop-up, toolbar, localization, conversion, services, views, command cache and backup.

The best thing to note about this plugin is that it tries to avoid as much as possible not to take you out of the context you are in. The plugin is available for Mozilla Firefox versions 5.6.5 & 6.0 Beta. It is also available for Google Chrome.

Install Hyperwords browser extension.
