Use these 10 iPhone apps to discover interesting and cool iPhone apps.
Earlier we’ve mentioned about useful websites to discover cool iPhone apps. Now, it’s our turn to mention some of the iPhone apps that helps you find new and useful iPhone apps.
One of my personal favorite, AppMiner, helps you keep an eye on iPhone apps that are on sale. It tells you the iPhone apps that are on sale (which means their price has been reduced lately), showing them in various categories. It displays apps by paid and free. If you are willing to pay but wanted to see if the price would go down then there is a “Watch it” feature with which AppMiner keeps an eye on the price performance of the app in the AppStore and indicates to you if the price goes down.
AppConnect notifies you of any price change to the iPhone apps that you ask AppConnect to keep an eye on. AppConnect allows people to share and recommend the most popular and useful apps in the AppStore.
AppDiscover makes it easy for you to get the AppStores hot-trends bandwagon by showing you what apps others are searching for with its “real time search stream” listing.
App Gems gives you access to daily app recommendations. It also gives you lots of editorially-selected app collections and quick access to the top-rated apps in every AppStore category. It has an “App of the Day” concept where an app is chosen as the best for the day from MacWorld’s reviewers.
As its name implies, Top-Ten helps you define interesting lists, like online shopping deals, product recalls, audio books etc., and it will show you the top 10 apps on each of the list. Imagine figuring out the top 10 apps to check the weather. Top-tens really makes it easy to figure that out.
The cool thing about the PandoraBox app is that it helps you receive latest information about apps that are both paid and free, several times a day so you won’t miss the opportunity when the price goes down.
Apperific helps you find the top 100 apps that were popular months ago, but are no longer visible in today’s top 100 list.
As its name sounds, Top Rated Apps, shows only the top rated apps from the AppStore. Allows you to favorite the apps that you like.
AppMonkey is a very simple app that helps you search for apps very quickly. It allows you to save your favorite apps to a favorite list.
AppVee is not really an app discovery app but it video reviews iPhone apps in a lot better way and in the process could help you discover iPhone apps indirectly.
I hope some of these apps really help you find the app that you are looking for. If you know of any other app that’s not on the list but you find it helpful in discovering useful iPhone apps please share with us on comments.
